Allied Irish Banks, p.l.c. announces change of date for 2009 Preliminary Results

Allied Irish Banks, p.l.c. ("AIB") [NYSE:AIB] will publish 2009 Preliminary Results at 07.00 GMT on Tuesday 2nd March 2010 not 3rd March as previously announced.

Group results for the half year ending 30th June 2010 will be announced on 28 July.
