The Company was notified today that, on 21 January 2010, Pennygold Trading Supplies ('Pennygold') acquired 5,229,767 ordinary shares of 1p each (the 'Ordinary Shares') in the Company. Following the acquisition, Pennygold has a holding of 14,679,140 Ordinary Shares, representing 8.52 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
