Posting of Annual Report and Notice of AGM

Nasstar plc (AIM: NASA) announces that its annual report and accounts for the year ended 30 September 2009 (the "Annual Report"), together with the notice of the Company's Annual General Meeting (the "AGM"), are being posted to shareholders today.

The AGM will be held at Nasstar's registered office 14 - 18 Old Street, London, EC1V 9BH at 10.30am on 17 February 2010, this is a change to the date of the AGM that was previously announced on 21 December 2009.

Copies of the Annual Report and notice of AGM have also been made available on the Company's website, www.nasstar.com.
