EBT Purchase

The Company was notified on 22 January 2010 by the trustees of SG Hambros Trust Company (Channel Islands) Limited, the trustees of the Company's Employee Benefit Trust (the "EBT"), that, on 20 January 2010, the EBT purchased 135,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 183 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following this purchase, the EBT holds 224,500 Ordinary Shares representing 1.7 per cent of the Company's issued Ordinary Shares and total voting rights.
