Statement Re. Holding in RTS

The Board of Industrial Acquisition Vehicle Ltd. ("IAV") has noted the increase in the share price of RTS plc after the announcement of its increased shareholding in the Company.

The Board of IAV wishes to inform that the recent purchase of 2,632,322 shares from Advanced Robotics Foundation, taking its total shareholding to 28.7%, was made at 2.5p per share. IAV has no intention at the present time of making a full offer for RTS plc.
