Surgical Innovations Group plc (the "Company") announces that it received
notification on 21 January 2010 that on that day Graham Bowland, a Director of
the Company, transferred 258,749 ordinary shares of 1p each into his
self-invested personal pension at a price of 2p per share. Following this
transaction Mr. Bowland's interest in the Company remains unchanged at
1,617,498 ordinary shares representing 0.43 per cent. of the issued share
capital.
