Director's Dealing

Mark Stott, whose appointment as Finance Director of the Company was announced on 15 January 2010 and will become effective on 1 March 2010, has notified the Company that on 22 January 2010 he purchased 15,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 195 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following this purchase, Mark Stott holds a total of 15,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.1% of the Company's total voting rights.
