Notice of interest

The Company announces that it received notification on 20 January, 2010, that on 19 January, 2010, Laurie Beevers sold 220,000 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to his SIPP, at 45p per share.

In addition, the Company received notification on 21 January, 2010, that on 21 January, 2010, Mr Beevers sold a further 150,000 Ordinary Shares to his SIPP, at 45p per share.

Following these transactions there has been no change in Mr Beevers' beneficial interest in the Company and he is still interested in a total of 762,857 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 3.62% of the current issued share capital of the Company.
