("Moydow" or the "Company") (TSX: MOY) (AIM: MOY) Further to the announcements in relation to the Plan of Arrangement by which Franco-Nevada will acquire all of the outstanding shares of the Company, Moydow announces that the Plan of Arrangement is not yet effective.
