Transfer of Shares held in Treasury
Misys plc announces that on 20 January 2010 it transferred to participants in
its employee share schemes 2,245 ordinary shares at option prices ranging from
137 to 193 pence per share. The shares were all formerly held as Treasury
shares.
Following the above transfer of shares out of Treasury, Misys plc holds a total
of 47,048,916 ordinary shares in Treasury. The total number of ordinary shares
in issue (excluding Treasury shares) is 547,535,263.
