In accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.4R(1), Kingfisher plc ("the Company") notifies the market that the Company was advised on 19 January 2010 that Anders Dahlvig, a director of the Company, had acquired an interest in 75,000 shares of the Company. The shares were acquired on 15 January 2010 at a price of 229.71 pence per share.
