Results of EGM

As previously announced, the Company was notified on 18 January 2010 by QVT Financial LP, which requisitioned the EGM for 20 January 2010, that it no longer intended to vote in favour of the resolutions.

Accordingly, the Company's EGM held earlier today was adjourned indefinitely without any resolutions being put to the vote.
