On 20 January 2010, the Company received notification of transactions in its ordinary shares of 10 US cents each ("ordinary shares") by David Tyler, a non-executive director of the Company.
On 20 January 2010, Mr Tyler exercised options in respect of the undernoted ordinary shares. The options were granted on the date set out below under the GUS Executive Share Option Scheme and rolled over into options over Experian shares on demerger (10 October 2006).
