Primary Health Properties PLC ("PHP") announces that a subsidiary has acquired a modern medical centre in Aldridge, West Midlands, for approximately £5.5 million (net assets acquired £5.5 million). The building is let for occupation by two GP Practices, a Primary Care Trust, a pharmacy, a dentist and other health services.
