SUSPENSION OF SHARES

Further to the announcement on 23 December 2009 of the proposed members' voluntary liquidation of Jessops plc and the extraordinary general meeting to be held on 21 January 2010 at which Jessops plc intends to propose various resolutions relating to the proposed members' voluntary liquidation for the approval of the shareholders of Jessops plc, the Company announces that the ordinary shares of 2.5 pence in the capital of Jessops plc are suspended with effect from 7.30 a.m. on 20 January 2010.
