Further to the passing of all resolutions proposed at the Annual General Meeting on 30 December 2009, the Company announces that it changed its name on 15 January 2010 to Cape Resources Plc.

Trading in the Company's ordinary shares under the name of Cape Resources Plc will commence tomorrow, Wednesday 20 January 2010, at 8.00am.

The Company's website, which contains the information under AIM Rule 26, will be changed to www.caperesourcesplc.com, and a further announcement confirming that this has taken effect under AIM Rule 17, will be made shortly.
