This notification relates to a transaction notified in accordance with Disclosure Rules 3.1.4R (1) (a).

 

On 19 January 2010, Brewin Dolphin Holdings PLC (LSE:BRW) received notification that Mr Matthew Collis, a PDMR, has today sold  2,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("ordinary shares") at a price of 139.5p each, representing approximately 0.0009% of the Company.

 

His resultant holding in ordinary shares in the Company is now 33,246 ordinary shares, representing approximately 0.0146% of the total issued share capital of the Company, of these shares 33,246 are nil paid.  The total number of ordinary shares over which he holds options is 42,746.
