Board Change 

The Directors of Formjet PLC (AIM:FMJ.L) are pleased to announce the appointment of Peter Joy as Group Finance Director with effect from February 1st 2010.  Peter Joy, aged 52, is a Chartered Accountant and was previously Finance Director of Astaire Group Plc (formerly Blue Oar Plc), having been Finance Director of that group's agency stockbroking subsidiary, Astaire & Partners Limited, since June 1990.

The Directors are delighted that Peter has agreed to join the board of the company as the group commences a period of significant change.  At the same time, Tony Lee is stepping down as Finance Director of Formjet PLC to pursue other business interests, but will work with Peter to ensure a smooth transition.  The Board would like to thank Tony for his significant contribution to the group over a number of years and wish him well for the future.

Pursuant to AIM Rule 17, Schedule Two (g), the following information is disclosed in respect of Peter Joy's appointment. Peter Colin Murray Joy is currently a director of Coventry Climax Engines Limited.  Within the last five years he has been a director of Astaire Group Plc (formerly Blue Oar Plc) and its current and/or former subsidiary companies:

Peter Joy currently has no shareholding in the company.
