SHARE PURCHASE
Education Development International plc ("EDI" or the "Company"), the leading provider of educational qualifications and assessment services, announces the Company's Employee Benefit Trust (the "EBT") has today purchased 250,000 shares in the Company at 152.0p per share.
Following this transaction, the EBT now has an interest in 3,860,476 ordinary shares, representing 6.70% of the issued share capital of the Company.
Mr Barrie Clark and Mr Nigel Snook, being Directors of the Company, are also Trustees of the EBT and Mr Snook is a potential beneficiary of the EBT.
