Director / PDMR Shareholding

Pinnacle Staffing Group plc (the "Company") announces that it has today been informed that Mrs Hannah Hope, wife of David Hope, the Company's Chief Operating Officer and Finance Director, has today transferred her entire holding of 2,500,000 ordinary shares in the Company to Mr Hope as part of a reorganisation of family finances. The transfer of shares was for no consideration.

Following this transaction, Mr Hope's interest in the Company remains unchanged at 5,000,000 ordinary shares representing 5.4% of the issued share capital of the Company.
