AEC, the educational programmes and examinations provider, is pleased to announce that it has issued 950,000 new ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") as deferred consideration for the acquisition of the balance of shares in Educational Resources Pte Ltd, as announced on 3 December, 2007.
Application has been made for 950,000 new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and dealings are anticipated to commence on 21 January, 2010. On admission, the Company will have 44,198,781 Ordinary Shares in issue.
Following this issue Real Time Consultancy Ltd is interested in 2,000,000 Ordinary Shares representing 4.53 per cent of the current issued share capital of the Company.
