Ringdale, Inc. Awarded $450,000 Tax Credit for Commercial LED Lighting Technology Production Expansion

Network Technology PLC ("NT") announces today that its wholly-owned US subsidiary, Ringdale, Inc., , has been awarded a $450,000 tax credit from the Obama Administration to expand its production capacity of commercial LED lighting and advanced control technology.

The tax credit is part of the Obama Administration's Recovery Act Advanced Energy Manufacturing Tax Credits for clean energy manufacturing projects across the United States.

Ringdale, Inc. is developing a full product line of commercial LED Lighting fixtures with advanced control mechanisms that will provide significant energy savings.
