On 13 January 2010, Brewin Dolphin Holdings PLC (LSE:BRW) received notification that Mr Henry Algeo, a PDMR, yesterday acquired 9,654 ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("ordinary shares") at a price of 141.8p each, representing approximately 0.0042% of the Company.
