Nighthawk Energy plc (the "Company") advises that the following announcement replaces the "Holding(s) in Company" announcement released at 16.23 on 12 January 2010 under RNS Number 4354F.  Whilst the total of direct and indirect voting rights held by Lloyds Banking Group plc was correctly stated in the previous announcement, the number of indirect voting rights was incorrectly stated.  There are no other changes to the announcement.
