BLOCK LISTING FOR SHARE OPTION EXERCISE 

The Company announces that an application has today been made for a block listing of 1,080,268 ordinary shares of 1 penny each in the Company to be admitted to AIM, pursuant to the Company's obligations under the July 29th 2005 share option plan, the April 24th 2008 share option plan, the January 12th 2006 share option plan and the July 6th 2006 share option plan.

When issued, these shares will rank pari passu with the existing issued ordinary shares of the Company. It is expected that the block admission will become effective on 19 January 2010. 

Following the admission, for the purposes of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Company's total issued share capital will consist of 112,958,342 ordinary shares of 1p each, with one voting right per share. There are no shares held in treasury. The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 112,958,342. 

The above figure of 112,958,342 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company, under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
