Pursuant to DTR 3.1.4, Burberry Group plc (the "Company") received notice of changes to the Shareholding of the following Directors / Persons Discharging Managerial Duties ("PDMRs"):


The Company received notice on 11 January 2010 from John Smith, a non-executive Director, that on 14 December 2009 he purchased 1,011 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 593.45 pence each. Mr Smith's total shareholding is now 1,011 shares.
