Purchase of Shares by a Director

On 12 January 2010, Naya Bharat Property Company plc ("the Company") was notified of a purchase of shares in the Company by Anderson Whamond, a non-executive Director of the Company.  

Mr Whamond purchased 235,000 Ordinary Shares of US$0.01 each at a price of US$0.375 before expenses.

As a result of this purchase, Anderson Whamond has interests in 300,000 Ordinary Shares of US$0.01 each or 0.56% of the total number of Ordinary Shares of US$0.01 each in issue.
