Delcam PLC (the "Company") announces that on 11 January 2010 it received notification that, on the same date, Delcam Trustees Limited (the "Trust"), the trustee of the Delcam Employee Benefit Trust, sold 15,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 195 pence per share, following the appointment by the Company of an additional market maker. Following this transaction, the Trust now holds 318,286 Ordinary Shares representing 4.13% of the issued share capital of the Company.
