Intec Telecom Systems PLC (the 'Company')

Revised Notice of Annual General Meeting


The  Company  announces  that  it  has  sent  a revised Notice of Annual General
Meeting to shareholders, replacing that dated 21 December 2009, to correct minor
technical errors in the original document.

The  revisions do not change the intended  scope of the resolutions and both the
date and location of the Company's Annual General Meeting remain as specified in
the  Notice of Annual  General Meeting dated  21 December 2009. Proxy forms sent
out  with the previous version of the  Notice of Annual General Meeting shall be
deemed to apply to the corrected version.

The  Company announces that  it has made  copies of the  2009 Annual Report, the
revised Notice of Annual General Meeting and the related Form of Proxy available
to  the public for inspection at the Document Viewing Facility of the UK Listing
Authority, 25 The North Colonnade, Canary Wharf, London E14 5HS.

The 2009 Annual Report and revised Notice of Annual General Meeting will also be
available     on     the     Company's     Web     site     www.intecbilling.com
