Pennant International Group plc announces that it today purchased 60,000 of its own ordinary shares of 5p, at a price of 7 pence per share, to be held as treasury shares. The Company now holds 3,929,884 ordinary shares in treasury.

The number of ordinary shares remaining in the market is 28,070,116.
