Phorm Announces Board Change

Phorm, Inc. (AIM: PHRX and PHRM) today announces that non-executive Director Stefan Allesch-Taylor will step down from the Board of Directors with immediate effect. The Board thanks Mr Allesch-Taylor for his contribution to the Company's development over the last twelve months and wishes him well in the future.
