WH Ireland Group plc (the "Group") today announces Mike Frame, who joined the board in December 2008 as Operations Director, is leaving the Group with immediate effect to pursue other opportunities. The board would like to thank him for his contribution and to wish him the very best for the future. Since September 2005, Mike Frame has also held the position of Group Company Secretary, a role which will be assumed by Dan Bate, head of Corporate Finance at the Group's Head Office in Manchester, with immediate effect.
