The Company knows no reason for the recent share price movement and further to the announcements made on 21 July 2009 and 20 August 2009, wishes to confirm that it is still considering a number of strategic options with regard to the net liability position shown by its last balance sheet published on 25 September 2009. A further announcement will be made in due course.
