Completion of the Sale of International Resources Group Limited

OPD is pleased to announce that, following the General Meeting held earlier today at which all resolutions were unanimously approved, the sale by OPD of the entire issued share capital of International Resources Group Limited ("Odgers") to Broomco (2009) Limited ("Newco") pursuant to the Sale Agreement has now taken place.
