                    Notification of Change in Shareholding                     

Kryso Resources plc advises that it has been notified that following a disposal
of ordinary shares in the Company on 5 January 2010, Vassilios Carellas holds
4,575,000 ordinary shares in the Company (equal to approximately 2.92% of the
Company's issued share capital).

Accordingly, Vassilios Carellas no longer holds a notifiable interest in the
Company's shares.
