Total Voting Rights

For the purposes of the Transparency Directive, and following the issuance of shares pursuant to the exercises of the Company's Employee Share Options and the shareholder participation in the Scrip Dividend on 21 December 2009 and 31 December 2009 respectively, the Asian Citrus wishes to confirm that its total issued share capital as at the date of this announcement is 781,440,094.

The Company's issued and fully paid share capital consists of 781,440,094 ordinary shares of HK$0.01 each, with one voting right per share and holds no Ordinary Shares in Treasury.

The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 781,440,094.

The above figure of 781,440,094 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company, under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
