Networkers International plc announces that on 6 January 2010 it purchased 75,000 of its own Ordinary Shares to be held in treasury. The shares were purchased at 26.5p each.

As a result of the above purchase, the total number of Ordinary Shares held in treasury is 125,000 and the number of remaining Ordinary Shares in issue is 93,678,995.
