AUTONOMY ENTERS INTO SIGNIFICANT LICENSE AGREEMENT WITH BAE SYSTEMS


Cambridge, UK - 7 January 2010 - Autonomy Corporation plc (LSE: AU. or AU.L), a global leader in infrastructure software for the enterprise, today announced that it has entered into a seven figure license agreement with BAE Systems to license Autonomy's Intelligent Data Operating Layer software.
