Clarification of Notification of Directors' Shares Transactions

In connection with the previous announcements made by the company on 6th of August 2009 and 25 of November 2009 regarding the shares held by Louise Keller, a connected person of Philip Keller, the company wishes to clarify that as a result of an administrative error the announcement on 6th of August overstated the number of rights taken up. The subsequent purchase of 7,000 shares announced on 25th November should be aggregated with the actual holding prior to that date of 32,500 shares taking the total holding to 39,500 shares as correctly stated in that announcement.
