The Company was notified on 4 January 2010 by the Administrators of the Dividend Reinvestment Plan (the "Plan") that on 11 December 2009, following the reinvestment of the interim dividend for the second half of 2009, the following Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility (PDMR) (or their connected persons) had received ordinary shares in the Company under the Plan at a price of 291.56p per share.
