Director shareholding

On 29th April 2008 certain directors acquired ordinary 5p shares in the Company at a price of 39.5p in connection with the Company's Share Incentive Plan as follows: Albert Ellis 3,797, Richard Ashcroft 3,797, Simon Wassall 3,797. 

 These shares are held by the Trustees of the Harvey Nash Share Incentive Plan. Owing to an administrative oversight, these shareholdings have been omitted from the total beneficial shareholdings of the said directors which (including the shares referred to above) are as follows:
