1st Dental Laboratories Plc ("the Company") has been notified by Cenkos Channel Islands Nominee Company Ltd that, on 23 December 2009, it acquired 5,560,561 ordinary shares in the Company on behalf of Praxis Trustees Limited as Trustee of the DNY Trust, an interest associated with Mr Wayne Bos, representing 13.23% of the issued share capital of the Company.
