Directorate Change

Further to our announcement of 18 November 2009 regarding proposed Board changes, notification is made in accordance with LR 9.6.11(R) that SkyePharma PLC has appointed Frank Condella as Non-Executive Chairman with effect from 1 January 2010, following the resignation of Jeremy Scudamore due to ill health with effect from the same date. Mr Condella will remain Chairman of the Remuneration Committee.

Jean-Charles Tschudin has been appointed as Chairman of the Nomination & Governance Committee with effect from 1 January 2010 in place of Mr Scudamore.
