The Company was notified on 4 January 2010 that on 31 December 2009 Eurocom Investments LP ("Eurocom") had purchased 743,894 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at NIS 164.85 (equivalent to approximately 27.07 pence per share). Eurocom now has an interest in 10,603,776 Ordinary Shares, representing 17.91% of the issued share capital and of the Total Voting Rights of the Company.
Alex Rabinovitch, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, is a director of Eurocom, part of the Eurocom Group. In addition, Or Elovitch, also a Non-Executive Director of the Company, is Executive Vice President of Business Affairs and Investments for the Eurocom Group.
