Director Appointment

China Wonder Limited (the "Company" or "China Wonder"), the specialist engineering company based in Jinzhou in China,  is delighted to announce the appointment of Mr Roberto Sidnei Cunha Lima as a Non-Executive Director with effect from 4 January 2010.

Mr Lima, aged 52, is not currently a director of any other company and has not, within the last five years, been a director of any other company. 

Mr Lima does not have any direct or indirect interest in the share capital of the Company.

There is no further information to be disclosed under Schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules for Companies.

Mark Chapman, Chairman of China Wonder, commented that "China Wonder welcomed the appointment of Roberto to the Board believing that his International experience would prove to be invaluable as the Company grows and broadens its product range."
