Brady plc ("the Company") was notified on 30 December 2009 that on that date Robert Brady, Non-Executive Director, transferred 333,333 Ordinary Shares in the Company to his wife. Following this transfer, on a combined basis, Dr and Mrs Brady continue to hold 9,058,728 Ordinary Shares representing 32.01% of the Company's issued share capital.
