BLUECREST ALLBLUE FUND LIMITED (THE "COMPANY")

CALCULATION TIME

The Company announces that on 31 December 2009 substantially all of the net proceeds of the recent issue of C Shares were invested in AllBlue Limited in accordance with the Company's investment policy. Accordingly, as set out in the Company's securities note dated 2 December 2009, the Calculation Time in respect of the Conversion of C Shares of each class is 31 December 2009.
