British Airways Plc - Voting Rights and Capital

In accordance with DTR 5.6.1 of the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules (DTR), British Airways Plc ("BA") gives notice that its capital consists of 1,153,642,398 ordinary 25p shares with voting rights. As BA does not hold any ordinary shares in Treasury its total number of voting rights equals its capital.

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, BA under the FSA's DTR.
