Directors Shareholding

The Company was informed on 31 December 2009 that Mark Duffin, CEO of ServicePower, had purchased 100,000 ordinary shares of 1p each, representing approximately 0.05 per cent. of the ordinary share capital of the Company, at a price of 4.5p per ordinary share on 30 December 2009.  

Following this purchase Mark Duffin and persons connected to him are interested in 350,000 ordinary shares, representing approximately 0.18 per cent. of the ordinary share capital of the Company, all of which are held beneficially.
