DELISTING FROM AIM

 

Rambler Media Limited ("Rambler" or the "Company"), the operator of one of Russia's most popular internet brands, announces the cancellation of admission of the Company's ordinary shares of US$0.01 each ("Ordinary Shares") to trading on AIM, with immediate effect, as set out in the circular sent to shareholders on 30 November 2009 and as set out in the EGM Result Announcement released on 21 December 2009.
